Amusement
As many of you have heard over the years, one of York’s claims to fame is its proximity to Hershey Park. So if you’re feeling like a roller coaster or a trip to chocolate world, it’s a 30-minute drive up 83 North.

The self-proclaimed first capital of the United States, York has several historical sites to tour. The Golden Plough Tavern, Gates House and Old Court House in downtown York offer a peek into the Revolutionary War time period of our nation, along with the story of how the Articles of Confederation were signed.
